Monday - Saturday 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM & Sunday 12-5pm Eastern Standard Time.
(Closed Canadian statutory holidays).
Orders are processed within 48 business hours in the order received. We will contact you once availability is confirmed. Orders placed Friday afternoon or on weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day. 

Order confirmation may be delayed if further information is required or if fit needs clarification.

2. Select a size from the available sizes listed and add it to your cart 
3. Proceed to secure checkout
4. Enter customer contact email field
5. Select shipping option 
*Enter a discount code if applicable. 
6. Agree to return policy
7. Confirm payment via the SOS online terminal 


Orders are processed in the order they are received. We will contact you once availability is confirmed. Order confirmation may be delayed if further information is required such as clarification on fit. The size selected may not be available. We will verify the availability and reply accordingly. 
During busy times, some items may not be available due to multiple orders being placed within a short time frame. Occasionally some items are unavailable due to variances in our large inventory. In the event that part of your order is unavailable, we will confirm and ship all available items.

S.O.S Save Our Soles shares inventory with our storefront locations and items may have been previously tried on.

Product sold on sossaveoursoles.ca is intended for personal use only, and not for resale. We reserve the right to cancel orders that appear to be for resale purposes.
